Tuition & Fees

Arrows understands the complexities of living in and raising a family in Northern Virginia. If you are interested in having your children enrolled in a Christ-centered environment but think private education is out of your reach, please consider our approach.

Cost

The instructional cost spent per pupil in our surrounding county was $15,269 a few years ago and is now close to $19,000. While counties utilize tax dollars from a broad pool, Arrows understands many of our prospective families will be making sacrifices and cuts to the family budget in order to prioritize the education of their choosing.

Tuition at Arrows

While taking into consideration both the true cost of a quality education and the true impact of tuition on a typical family, Arrows aims to strike a healthy balance by adopting a variable tuition rate.

This need-based approach to tuition assistance means that families who apply may qualify for up to a 50% reduction in cost.

Variable Tuition Application

Please note, families should first submit an admission application and be invited for an interview before filling out the separate financial application for need-based variable tuition.

Submitted financial aid applications for variable tuition are reviewed by a third party called FACTS Grant and Aid. Once submitted, aid applications and awards are good for one year.

Tuition Payment Plans

Tuition can be paid all at once or spread out over a monthly payment plan. If you do not wish to apply for variable tuition, you may anticipate a cost of $11,900 per student for the 2025-26 school year. A family who opts out of variable tuition is eligible for the following discounts:

  • 10% multi-child discount (applied to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th student etc. in a family)

  • 10% first-responder discount (for full-time active duty U.S. military and police)

  • 25% full-time pastors discount

  • 30% full-time Arrows staff discount

The above discounts are not stacked or combined with the exception of a 5% discount for those who make a one-time-tuition-payment-in-full when received by July 5th.

Fees

Aside from the application fees, tuition a family pays at Arrows is intended to be all-inclusive. Unlike other schools who charge supply, curriculum, field trip fees etc., these are all included in your Arrows tuition payment.  When additional services or enrichments such as clubs, before and after-school care, transportation, vendor lunches etc. are offered, the appropriate cost will be posted and families who would like to participate may do so.
